Lightroom 1:  The Library Module …. Getting Organized   March 10, 2018

This workshop is designed for new users of the program or those who have used it, but want to better understand and take advantage of its organizational benefits.

We will concentrate on understanding the structure of Lightroom and learning how to organize and maintain your photo collection before effectively using the software to develop your images.

Lightroom 2:  The Develop Module   March 25, 2018

After organizing your image catalogue, it’s time to move on to the fun part…..non-destructively developing your photographs and preparing them for the web or for printing.

Lightroom 3:  The Develop Module Advanced  January 20, 2018 / April 7, 2018

This workshop offers a deeper dive into the Develop Module.  We’ll review the available tools and  I’ll spend more 1-on-1 time with all participants to help perfect their images.  Group critiquing will be a part of this workshop as well.

Fine Art Printmaking:  The Basics   February 3, 2018

If you process your own photos, but you’re not exactly sure where to go from there to ensure that what you get back from your printer matches your monitor, then this 1-day workshop is for you.

Fine Art Printmaking:  The Whole Gamut   February 17-18, 2018 / April 14-15, 2018

Anyone can click on the ‘Print’ button and then hope that an acceptable print will come off your printer.  But why leave it to chance?  In this 2-day hands-on, in-depth workshop, you’ll learn how to develop an efficient digital image processing workflow built around a sound colour management philosophy.  You’ll have the opportunity to test a wide variety of professional papers and whether you print using Lightroom or Photoshop, the decisions you have to make regarding paper profiles and print settings will become second nature.

Taking it one step further, we’ll discuss various options for exhibiting your favourite images.
